Provide 24-hour secure access to your high-value oversize, calibrated and durable items - including computers, police radios, walkie-talkies and more. AIM Locker can dispense large items, and provide secure returns.
Easily view locker contents
AIM Locker front panels include windows, and the insides of the lockers are powder-coated white, to make it easy to see the items inside.
Gage access and calibration
AIM Lockers can be programmed to deny access to any gage that is out of calibration. Calibration recall can be based upon: a) the first occurrence of a calibration date, b) number of days on the floor, c) the number of cycles it has run, or d) any combination of these.
Computers secure, updated and charged
You can add optional LAN connections and AC power outlets, to keep power tools, drill batteries, and computers updated and charged in a secure "check out" and "check in" environment.
Access control, cost and usage reporting, plus purchasing and receiving system
AIM Locker is powered by AIM Inventory Software (client/server or web-based option). The software features an Intelligent Dashboard with key metrics visible at a glance on one screen. Over 200 reports are pre-loaded.
How AIM Locker works
To issue an item:
1. Select "issue" on the keypad or touch screen.
2. The user enters an employee number and PIN, and any overhead data (job number, etc.).
3. User selects the desired item by entering the number of the locker where the item is located. AIM Locker validates the information against its database, and the command is given to open the appropriate locker door. The system tracks the item to the user and awaits its return.

To return an item:
1. Select "return" on the keypad or touch screen.
2. User enters employee number.
–With touch screen models, a list of items checked out to that user appears. The user selects item from the list, the appropriate locker door opens, and the user replaces the item.
–With keypad models, the user enters the locker number where the item is to be replaced. The appropriate locker door opens, and the user returns the item.
3. If returning a gage, the user is prompted for the number of cycles.
